What if the dress doesn't fit or I don't wear it?

If the dress doesnt fit you will receive a full refund minus the cost to ship (if applicable) You must notify Occasion Rotation on the rental start date to qualify for the refund. The item must then be returned to Occasion Rotation within 24 hours.

 

What if I damage the dress?

Accidents can happen, if the dress is damaged you will be asked to pay for the repair. If item is lost, stolen or the damage is more than £50, you will be charged the total estimated market value of the item. Please note security deposits may be asked for in times of high demand.
